OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, LEGAL RESIDENTS OF MASSACHUSETTS, ILLINOIS, DELAWARE, OR MARYLAND, UNITED STATES MILITARY VETERANS, AND AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY: 

 

The “Thrive™ Help on the Home Front Promotion” (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Massachusetts, Illinois, Delaware, and Maryland (each and “Eligible State” and, collectively, the “Eligible States”) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and are United States military veterans at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of MariMed Inc. (“Sponsor”) or Triple C Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Round(“Administrator”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, all other service or governmental agencies and their employees involved with the Promotion, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in any conduct that disrupts the administration of the Promotion. 

 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD:  

 

Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on July 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard time on October 1, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion. 

 

3. HOW TO ENTER: 

 

Eligible veterans may submit an Entry on their own behalf, or any individual may submit a nomination on behalf of an eligible veteran. If a nomination is submitted by someone other than the veteran, the nominated veteran must confirm acceptance of the nomination, satisfy all eligibility requirements, provide verification of veteran status, and complete all required documentation before being declared a winner. 

 

1. Internet: Visit https://thrivedispensaries.com/help-on-the-homefront// (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an online entry (“Entry”).   

 

(b) QR Code:  Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Promotion quick response (“QR”) code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating stores with the QR read application already installed on your phone.  You will be directed to a mobile web page at https://thrivedispensaries.com/help-on-the-homefront/ (also a “Website”) where you may complete and submit an online entry (also an “Entry”).  Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an Entry.   

 

 

For all Entries:  

 

All Entries must be received and recorded during the Promotion Period. Only the two methods of entry described herein are valid. No other methods of entry are valid.  To be valid, each Entry must comply with all of these Official Rules.  Limit one (1) Entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.   

 

Automated Entries are prohibited and any use of automated devices to complete or submit applications will result in disqualification.  Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants.  Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeit any prizes won, in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Promotion and a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant for the purpose of this Promotion and must comply with these Official Rules.  The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.  Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber.   

 

If submitting an entry with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.   

 

4. PROMOTION DRAWING: 

 

One (1) winner per Eligible State will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 15, 2026, from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period by Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Separate random drawings will be held for each Eligible State. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Verified winners are expected to be publicly announced on or about November 11, 2026.  

 

 

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:  

 

Within (5) business days of the drawings, the potential winner for each Eligible State will be notified by email at the email address provided on the online entry form and will be required to respond to the notification within five (5) days indicating whether they can accept the prize.  If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the five (5) day time period, any prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected.  Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above. 

 

Obligations of the Potential Winner: 

 

• To claim the Prize, the winner must: * Respond to the winner notification email within five (5) business days of receipt. * Provide valid proof of their military veteran status (e.g., DD-214, VA identification card). * Provide a valid government-issued photo ID. * Sign and return a Prize Acceptance Agreement and any other required documents (including a W9 Tax Form) within five (5) days of initial notification. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential Prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential Prize winner for any reason. 

 

• Potential winners will be required to verify their eligibility. If Sponsor so elects, a potential winner may be required to submit to a confidential background check.  Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor or Administrator to help ensure that the potential winner will not bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor.  If requested, the potential winner agrees to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information.  In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor or Administrator, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. 

 

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that a potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, a resident of an Eligible State and a United States military veteran, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Promotion, and the Prize will be delivered to the declared official winner within thirty (30) days. If Sponsor or Administrator cannot verify that a potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, a resident of an Eligible State and a United States Military Veteran prior to winner notification, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected in accordance with the above-described Promotion Drawing procedure. 

 

In the event of a potential winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules or any of the above-described obligations within the applicable time period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to satisfy the above-described obligations within the applicable time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner in accordance with the procedures set forth herein. 

 

Released Parties (as defined in Rule 9) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information.  

 

6. PRIZE DETAILS:

 

Prize (4 total, 1 per Eligible State): Each winner will receive a check for five thousand dollars ($5,000) (the “Prize”). Prize will be awarded only if the winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All federal, state, and/or local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

 

If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate potential winner.  

 

7. PUBLICITY:  

 

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s entry materials, name, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, complete address and/or likeness (“Attributes”) for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization, (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Sponsor from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes. 

 

8. RELEASE:  

 

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor and Administrator harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from submission of an entry, or acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.   

 

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

 

Sponsor, Administrator and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, telephone calls, text messages, emails, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Promotion or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor or Administrator, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Promotion, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access.  Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion.  Should any portion of Promotion be, in the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor or Administrator, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion, or submission of Entries, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, and randomly select the winner from valid Entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor or Administrator in their sole and absolute discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.  All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.   

 

SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

 

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: 

 

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts located exclusively in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection it might have based upon improper venue or inconvenient forum; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited by law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  

 

11. PRIVACY POLICY:

 

The information you submit in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor for purposes of administration and fulfillment of the Promotion, and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.marimedinc.com/privacy-policy (also a “Website”).  If you are verified as a prize winner, your first name, last initial, city and state may be included in a publicly available winner’s list.
