Literally just left Thrive as we speak. I have been coming here pretty often for almost a year and was always happy but tonight they knocked it out of the park in terms of customer service. I bought a product I wasn’t happy with due to the quality and smell, most dispensary’s would’ve given me a hard time to exchange instead I called explained the situation and the lady on the phone very nicely told me to come in that they would make everything right! I came in exchanged the product( Devils lettuce was the brand STAY AWAY) and made everything right! I even ended up buying a few more items since I was happy. I didn’t catch the names of the 3 employees but they worked on 02/04/26 around 630-730 PM, management give these guys something they are great knowledgeable tenders, thank you for making everything right.
