Thrive Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Thrive Rewards Program (“Program”). By enrolling or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any applicable laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals aged 21 years or older (or 18+ with a valid medical cannabis card, where applicable).
• You must present a valid government-issued ID and/or medical cannabis registration card at time of purchase and enrollment.
• Only individual consumers are eligible; corporations, groups, and employees of Thrive may be excluded from some or all features.

2. Enrollment

• Enrollment is free and available in-store or online at thrivedispensaries.com.
• Enrollment requires basic contact information, including name, email, and phone number.
• Participants are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.

3. Earning Points

• Points are earned based on eligible pre-tax purchase totals at participating Thrive locations.
• Unless otherwise specified, customers will earn 1 point per $1 spent.
• Promotions may offer bonus points during limited-time events.
• Taxes, tips, discounts, and select purchases may not be eligible for points accrual.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• Points can be redeemed for in-store discounts, branded merchandise, and other available rewards as listed in the Program catalog. Points redemptions may be limited to certain categories based on state and local laws.
• Redemptions are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5. Tier System

• The Program may include multiple tiers based on annual spend or points earned.
• Tier benefits and qualifications are subject to change without notice.
• Tier status is reviewed annually and may reset based on continued participation.

6. Point Expiration

• Points expire 365 days after the date they are earned, unless otherwise specified.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

7. Account Use and Limitations

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be deactivated.
• Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared or pooled between accounts.
• Abuse of the Program (e.g., fraudulent activity, returns abuse, resale) may result in suspension or termination of membership.

8. Program Changes and Termination

• Thrive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Changes may include point values, earning structure, tier qualifications, and available rewards.

9. Cannabis Compliance Notice

• All Program activity is subject to applicable state and local cannabis laws and regulations.
• Participation does not guarantee product availability or priority access to limited products.
• Loyalty points and discounts cannot be used to circumvent daily legal purchase limits.

10. Privacy

• Information collected as part of this Program is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://thrivedispensaries.com/privacy-policy/.
• Your data may be used to send promotional messages, but you can opt out at any time.
