Terms and Conditions

First Visit: Limit 1 per customer. Sign ups are tied to phone numbers and multiple e-mails cannot be used to receive multiple sign up offers. Sign up discount must be redeemed on first visit and cannot be retained and used at a later date.

Points Redemption: Limit 1 redemption per transaction. Multiple points segments cannot be redeemed on the same transaction. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or other monetary value. Points are non-refundable. Points can be redeemed at any participating Thrive Dispensary retailer. Points do not expire. Points cannot cover the full value of the transaction.

Visit Rewards: Visits must be made in the same calendar month. All visits must include a transaction. Visiting the store without making a transaction will not count towards visit rewards. Deliveries can be included as visit rewards.

Tier System: Tiers are based on the calendar year and points earned in year 1 will count towards status in year 2. Year 2 must see the same level of points earned or higher to maintain tier or increase in Year 3.

Additional Perks: Referral bonus points will only be deposited into the account holder’s wallet when the friend makes their first purchase. Birthday gift must be redeemed in calendar month of birthday.

Secret Stash: Menu inventory and availability varies by store. Products may be limited and change often. Based on availability. Limit 3 per customer per qualifying transaction. This is separate from our add-on menu, available to all customers.

Eligibility Discounts: Proof of eligibility must be renewed each year to maintain status. Additional eligibility discounts may apply based on certain business partnerships and promotions.
